Takuto Ogawa
While enrolled in the special needs education program at the University of Yamanashi's Faculty of Education, Ogawa founded MAISEND in his first year. He handles everything from planning and filming to editing and composing, valuing the philosophy and message embedded within each piece he creates.
He also works as a composer, having received the MOTUS Award at CCMC2025, an international electroacoustic music competition. Drawing on what he learned in special needs education, he also runs the MAISEND Education Division.
In education, his work extends beyond the business itself — supporting a crowdfunding campaign to repair an elementary school in Cambodia, and giving guest lectures at high schools.
Kai Iikubo
An influencer and video creator working primarily on social media. Centered on TikTok, he handles planning, filming, and editing himself, creating entertainment-driven content.
He produces content by analyzing platform algorithms and audience psychology, and beyond planning and publishing, he also works on SNS-driven business initiatives and creator support.
