Kofu City Fire Corps recruitment PV case study

Background

With a shortage of members a growing challenge for volunteer fire corps, the Kofu City Fire Corps came to us wanting to help recruit younger members — and that's where this project began.

Process

We handled everything from planning through filming and editing, crafting the PV to convey the appeal and reality of fire corps activities.

Results

The finished video was also picked up in a news segment by UTY (Yamanashi's TV station), helping support the corps' outreach to recruit younger members.
